About Cape Cod Non-Profits
Cape Cod Non-Profits was created to help people quickly find organizations offering food, housing, health care, mental health support, family services, senior services, veterans support, disability services, recovery resources, financial help, legal advocacy, and other community services.
Every listing on this site is free. There are no paid featured listings, no advertising charge, and no Stripe or payment pages. The purpose is simple: make it easier for Cape Cod residents and visitors to find help and make it easier for organizations to be found.
Listings are loaded from a Google Sheet managed by the Cape Cod Arts Network account. New submissions go into the sheet with an approved value of no, so you can review them before they appear publicly.
How to use the directory
- Use the search box to find an organization, town, or service.
- Use the filters to narrow listings by town, category, or services.
- Click an organization name to visit its website or social page.
- Click an address for directions in Google Maps.
- Tap a phone number on mobile to call directly.
Always confirm hours, services, eligibility, and emergency information directly with the organization. In an emergency, call local emergency services immediately.
