Cape Cod Non-Profits is a free, mobile-friendly directory created to help individuals and families quickly find organizations that offer food, housing, health and mental health care, financial help, and other essential support services across Cape Cod. Our listings are gathered from public sources as well as contributions from the organizations themselves and caring members of the community.

To provide the most reliable and up-to-date information, we focus on listing organizations that have an active online presence — either a website or a social media page. This helps visitors confirm hours, services, locations, eligibility guidelines, and contact details directly with the organization before they visit or reach out.

We understand that some small, volunteer-run programs may not yet have a full website. However, even a simple Facebook Page or other social media profile can reassure visitors by showing recent posts, updated contact information, and clear signs that the program is active. Once your organization has an online presence, we will gladly include it in our directory at no cost.

• Browse the A–Z index to quickly find an organization by name.
• Filter by category (such as Food, Housing, Health & Mental Health, and more) to narrow your search.
• Click the organization name to visit its website or information page for details on services offered.
• Tap the address to instantly open directions in Google Maps.
• Tap the phone number on mobile to call the organization directly.

Organizations can submit new listings or update existing information through our Submit/Update Form. To request removal or report a problem with a listing, simply contact us and we will take care of it promptly.
